CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS:
Twin-Star International, Inc., hereinafter referred to collectively as the (Company ), warrants that your new ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations.
This electric fireplace must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the installation and operating instructions furnished with the product. Any unauthorized repair, alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, after said defect is confirmed by the Company's inspection.
This warranty does not cover the light bulb(s) included with the ClassicFlame Electric Fireplace.
The Company may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respects to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s).
Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the Company assume responsibility for same.
The owner/user assumes all other risks, if any, including the risk of any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use, or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
All other warranties - expressed of implied - with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the Company are hereby expressly excluded.
The Company neither assumes, nor authorizes any third party to assume, on its behalf, any other liabilities with respect to the sale of the ClassicFlame product.
The warranties as outlined within this document do not apply to non ClassicFlame accessories used in conjunction with the installation of this product.
This warranty is void if:
a. The fireplace is subjected to prolonged periods of dampness or condensation.
b. Any unauthorized repair alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. You do not have the original receipt of purchase.

Everyone that has seen this fireplace has been impressed with its realistic look. It exceeded our expectations for the quality of the mantel finish and flames. It fits right in with our antique pieces of furniture. As we live in Florida, we haven't yet used the heating element, but the fan seems relatively quiet. We were extremely impressed with the delivery process. I ordered the unit on a Thursday, and it was delivered on Monday, with no shipping charge. I would definitely recommend this fireplace and this company to anyone interested in such an item.

This fireplace is so pretty. I have a small wall in my living room and this fits and looks perfect. My wall mounted TV is above the fireplace and everything looks great. I think the "flame" is very realistic and I am usually a sceptic when it comes to anything "faux". If you are considering this unit I really do not think you will be disappointed. This unit provides all the warmth and beauty of a real fireplace with none of the hassle or hazard.

I have this fireplace in my office. I was concerned that the wood finish might not look as good as it does in the ad, but it is r-e-a-l-l-y nice. The other bonus is that the heat comes out of the centre of the fireplace so my dog can't hog all the heat.

Everyone loves the superb quality of our new fireplace. It is the perfect size for our small living room and keeps us toasty warm on chilly nights. I plan to use it all year long with the heater switch off. It's fire reminds me of a real campfire without the mess! The entire unit has excellent craftsmanship. The mahogany wood is just beautiful, so rich. It is a steal for the money. My non handy man husband found it easy to assemble.

I have this in a room that is 15x15. heats very well and is a beautiful piece of funiture. It isnt noisy but its not completely quiet either. Love it!
