This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, Manufacturer shoud be contacted. If defective parts are returned, transportation charges must be prepaid by customer. Manufacturer will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
This limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the product as set out in the owner's manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover the damage to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.

We really like this fireplace. Works well, love the size and so easy to set up I didn't even need my husbands help! Would recommend it to anyone. We got this one because i wanted something nice but didn't want to spend a huge amt of money. This one is big enough that it looks like we spent more than we did.

I was actually disappointed because when I received the fireplace and went to set it up. The screws holding the fireplace part all came loose and I could not find them. Had to use my own. Also, there was NO REMOTE! I emailed the customer service and they said they would send one right away. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received it!! Very disappointed.
