"At the present time I can't make a true review of how this fire place works. It has not yet been installed as we are waiting for our new home to be rebuild. As per the customer service and quality electric fire places Canada is up and be on. Any email I sent checking on my order was replied to within 24 hours and as soon as it was sent notified me right away. The delivery service they provided was awesome!
