Absolutely LOVE it! It's beautiful & I love the options of heat, no heat, brightness control & colors! I bought it with the storage base that really enhances the look, raises it closer to eye level. It heats very well. The only downside to some might be the sound of the heater/blower if it's on, it's like a low hum but you can have the sound of the crackling fire to help mask it but it doesn't bother me. It might for someone who wants it in a bedroom. Also very happy with Mantels Direct, it was shipped out quickly! Received with no problems, no damage, & all the parts!

Works Great!
I got this electric fireplace for in our living room since it can get cold in there. The fireplace was very easy to set up and use. It comes with a remote that makes it easy to turn on and off without having to get up. The fireplace also has the option for different color flames that you can pick from. The fireplace can also make a crackling noise if you want it to or you can easily turn it off. The fireplace works great at giving off heat! Overall we are very happy with this and it looks great in our living room !

So many nice features packed into this fireplace !
This fireplace is fantastic! No installation, you just plug it in and go! It has multiple settings for flame color, brightness, heat and an optional crackling noise. It weighs around 40-50 pounds and cost approximately eleven- twelve cents per hour to use. Easy to move from room to room! It has nice safety features and turns off automatically. You can control it via an app or by voice with Alexa/Google. The coolest feature for me is that it has an optional heating function, so it can be used year round for ambiance!

Beautiful Electric Fireplace
I love the electric fireplace, especially the heater feature. My only issue is that it looks dull when turned off. I found a Summer screen, which looks like art. Now it's perfect!
