Great unit, as described

Arrived in great shape and well packaged. Easy to assemble. Good variation on the colours and settings. Quieter and smaller with the same power as our previous unit.

hi! Love the product, wish the logs looked more real. . .

I have it in my living room, the added heat is nice

Stopped working 2 weeks after installation!

After taking a full day to install into an existing wood burning fireplace of a 1938 craftsman home and paying an electrician to install a dedicated circuit just for this unit it worked for 14 days then POOFââ¬Â¦. just went out. Didn't trip the breaker, the unit just died! Won't come back on. So now we have to disassemble and unscrew from the fireplace?! Seriously?!?!
